1. The website published under the domain SodaBlastSystems.pl on November 27, 2023, with subsequent changes
2. The owner of the website and domain is “SBS SYSTEM” (hereinafter: “SBS”), located at Działkowa 6/12, 97-300 Piotrków Tryb., Poland.
3. The offer presented on the website is not an offer in the sense of the Civil Code.
4. Sales to consumers are excluded. Sales are only for businesses.
5. Prices in the offer are net prices + 23% VAT or the current VAT in the event of statutory changes.
6. Price guarantee: only after receiving a written offer in the form of a Proforma Invoice with a payment deadline via email from SBS.
7. Delivery conditions: self-pickup from Łódź (EXW Łódź according to INCOTERMS 2000).
8. Paid deposits are non-refundable.

10. Use, exploitation, copying, reproduction, and publication of trademarks, logos, photos, graphics, films, documents, without the written consent of SBS is strictly prohibited.
