SODA SBS™ STANDARD

Use:

Universal abrasive to work on most surfaces, in dry, hydrodynamic and water mix mode.

Benefits

Each Soda SBS™ is an ecological and environmentally friendly baking soda. Does not cause damage like sand or glass

Specification:

100% one-component, no abrasive additives, pure NaHCO3.

Description of operation:

The accelerated soda particle breaks down on the surface and cleans it. There is no chemical effect on the cleaned surface.

Glass SBS ™ for blasting

Use:

Properly crushed and dried glass is sieved into 5 different grains. A narrow size of glass granules for each granularity ensures obtaining a precise structure of the cleaned surface

Benefits

Reduces consumption by up to 30% compared to other aggressive abrasives such as sand or corundum
Can be used for dry, wet and water mix cleaning
In the wet method, water should be fed from the nozzle adapter or in a water mix, pour into the tank in front of the glass in a 1:1 ratio (or 2:1 with water predominating)
Possible simultaneous use with Rust Inhibitor in a ratio of 1:20-1:100
Cleans steel to Sa3 purity ("full removal of discoloration and rust to the silver effect")
