Description of operation:

The most powerful flat nozzle in the offer. A large amount of cleaning abrasive removes the toughest and thickest dirt, doing it faster and more efficiently than round nozzles. Ideal from medium to large construction jobs.

Description of operation:

The intermediate nozzle uses less cleaning material than the industrial nozzle, but its stream is wider. Suitable for surfaces with a thin layer of dirt or paint. It can then clean a wider area with one movement of the nozzle.
Precise flat nozzle

Use:

Gentle removal of impurities, dirt, graffiti from facades and wood

Specification:

A very thin stream with a wide range of use and a small volume of ejected cleaning abrasive

Abrasive:

Only for soda blasting

Description of operation:

The smallest nozzle for precise work. Uses the least amount of abrasive, at a low speed, to make blasting as gentle as possible. The cleaning stream from the nozzle leaves sharp, not scattered edges. This enables to obtain high accuracy and safety for adjacent surfaces that we want to avoid during cleaning.
Round nozzles

Universal round stream nozzle

Specification:

Various diameter: 4.8mm, 6.4mm, 7.9mm, 9.5mm, 11.1mm, 12.7mm

Abrasive

Description of operation:

Universal round nozzles for dry and wet blasting. After installing the water adapter, the stream of abrasive is ejected out in a water sheath (water flows surrounds the stream of abrasive).
360 Nozzle for blasting pipes

Use:

Internal surface of pipes, steel closed sections, containers

Specification:

Ejects abrasive in 360-degree angle at 45-degree angle from the nozzle

Abrasive:

Universal - sand, soda, glass

Description of operation:

The nozzle with the hose is inserted into a pipe and after activating the stream, it is withdrawn to clean the internal surface.
Banana nozzle

Use:

For hard-to-reach places

Specification:

The outlet angle is about 40 degrees

Abrasive

Description of operation:

Usually used for the interior of rear fenders, sills or engine compartments of cars, as well as the eaves of the roofs of buildings
Water mix nozzle

Use:

for use in a water mix, i.e. mixed abrasive with water in the tank of the blasting machine

Diameter 7.9mm

Abrasive:

Suitable for the water mix friendly abrasive

Description of operation:

Round nozzle for special use. Stabilizes the stream when working in a water mix
2-piece lance

Use:

Enables access to places far distanced from an operator

Specifiaction:

The set includes two extensions - 0.5m and 1.0m, which can be combined

Abrasive:

The rubber insert allows you to work on various abrasives

Description of operation:

Use:

Protection of steel against rust, after and during cleaning

Benefits

Does not create a coating on steel. After applying the inhibitor, we can paint immediately. It does not need to be removed or sanded before painting.​

Specification:

Rust Inhibitor protects against rust for 3 days, which is the time it usually takes to complete a cleaning job and start painting.​ The concentrate is diluted 1:100 with water. In a lower concentration, it provides longer protection.​ It is available in 5 liter and 20 liter containers.​

Operation of use:

It is used by spraying the solution to the nozzle during wet cleaning or after cleaning by spraying the solution onto the cleaned steel, e.g. with a spray gun or a sprayer. ​
